The Institute is declared by the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) as National Center of Development for Industrial Engineering. As National Center of Development, the Institute’s academic program B.S. Industrial Engineering is affirmed by CHED to have demonstrated high standards in the areas of classroom instruction, research, and extension service.

The academic program B.S. Industrial Engineering received full accreditation from the Philippine Technological Council (PTC), the umbrella organization of all engineering professional groups in the country and the sole body recognized by the Commission on Higher Education to accredit engineering programs in the Philippines. PTC was granted a provisionary membership status to the Washington Accord (WA) last year, which means that it has been identified as having the accreditation procedures that are potentially suitable for the purposes of the WA.
